Rare White Natural Pearl & Diamond Victorian Foliate Enamel Pendant

An early 20th century natural pearl, natural diamond, and enamel pendant. The twin old-cut natural diamonds (weighing 0.06 carats) are surrounded by a scroll, foliate and floral design frame with fine polychrome enamelled decorations, embellished with three rare natural pearls, all mounted on 18 ct yellow gold. 

This pendant is a wonderful reflection of Victorian  jewellery which was designed to be eye-catching and dramatic in style. The lively natural diamonds featured serve as a nice contrast to the warm creamy white natural pearls.
